1 slice Keto bread 3g
With butter and some strong cheddar cheese <0.1

So this comes to about 6.5 which is my highest meal. But as far as I'm concerned worth it as I can't be cooking or eating cooked food in the morning. Need energy first thing to keep me going in the day!


Anyway would be interested to see what you all have.
