Its hard enough for me to get a tried and true receipe to work!
I would even go as far as saying that the crust is better with the protein powder! It will certainly enhance the protein percentages anyway.
A question about pepperoni.... How long does it keep in the fridge after the roll has been opened? Mine looked "off" so I didnt use it... used left over cooked ground beef instead. Its good, but not quite as tasty.
