I stay away from our ill-informed and money-grabbing healthcare system like the plague. I get my bloodwork done that thats it. When it was recommended I start on the "pill-popping" road, I said no thanks, changed my diet and lifestyle, and am a healthy 60 years old on no medication.

I worked in healthcare (administration) until retirement and was appalled at so much of it, mostly (not all) focused on the almighty dollar.
