I just don't want to cook. I've been making dinners for so long now, I'm bored with cooking. It doesn't matter how yummy a recipe sounds to other people, to me it's just work. If a recipe has more than 3 ingredients -- meat (preferably steak), salt, and pepper -- I'm just not interested.
