Stalled and going the wrong way despite doing everything I'm supposed to do. This happens occasionally. Partly due to constipation, for which I also do everything I'm supposed to do and is a longtime problem. Kind of discouraging. Looking forward to the scale numbers being where they should be if it plays by the rules like I'm doing.
