I've had these many times now
I used a scoop of vanilla flavored vegetable protein (non grain) powder that I got at a health food store and it did give more of a pancake consitancy. I use Davinci pancake syrup and lots of butter. I always eat with bacon. I also tried chocolate protein pwder but couldn't tell much of a difference.
