I have noticed that I don't eat as many calories also.....but don't do that for long.... You are making me hungry talking about it...lol
I actually became anorexic/bulemic years ago because of going that low. Sometimes I would skip a day or so, and exercised on top of all that. Also quit having my period....lasted about 5 years or so....
Sooooo just be careful....
Oh and I know you are ahppy about the loss!! That is great!!
