I'm happy to report that I rode my bike today for 35 min.
I've been having a very tough time these last two weeks. Tough to the point that I spoke with my doctor about it and she's put me on a drug for SAD. I realise that it's too early to tell, but I did wake up much earlier this morning than I normally do. I'm hoping that that's a good sign.
