I have indeed tried both.....Sommersizing did'nt work for me as well as Sugar Busters did. The Sommersizing incorperated too many Carbs for me personally. I didnt lose any weight while I was on that program....However I did maintain my weight. On Sugar Busters I lost 5 lbs the first week. However I do realize I (AM)a carbo addict..So any program that allows me to have extra carbos make my craving for carbos worse!!! The 2nd week on Sugar Busters I lost 4 1/2 lbs.
You may need to try both and see which works for you!
