Notice how they have always lumped saturated fats (healthy) and trans fats (bad) together because they both kinda sorta look similar (solid at room temperature). Causing, no surprise, a correlation with bad health (owing to the trans fats). This is sorta kinda like lumping green leafy plants together like kale, spinach and tobacco, noting the rise in bad health outcomes so DON'T CONSUME KALE OR SPINACH!!! YOU WILL GET SICK!!! Yeah.
