Thanks for the visits Ms π and Renee - I follow your exercise logs as well

Pretty rad August so far, lots of kitefoiling. That's about all I'm doing now except cutting myself, my hair that is. So freeing and better for swimming and it doesn't hurt my eyes when I'm driving around with the windows open.

A friend of ours made some drone footage last Friday when we were foiling on Lake Mille Lacs in MN on the north shore. Decent wind and nice little swell. This is my friend Jerry foiling, he's retired and in great shape! Eats crackers, candy and fruit cups - exact opposite of my current diet. Seems to do fine with it EXCEPT when he runs out of fuel he has to come in and eat something. I can stay out all day and I think it's on account that I can burn fat while doing moderate exercise over extended periods. I'm not saying one is better than the other, they're just different.
