My point in saying there should be a class action suit was not to make money or to be "mean" - its like my mom used to say: "little boys who won't listen have to feel" before she spanked me

I don't want to debate the pro's & cons of spanking kids, the point I am trying to make is that the ADA definitely needs needs a "spanking" IMO - and that may be what it takes to make them throw out the SOB's running the joint and replace them with people who will be truthful and honest.
