It makes sense. As we lose on a LCHF eating plan, the amount of body fat available as energy continues to drop, and it makes sense that our hunger will, at some point, rise.

Initially, we have all that extra fat to "spend", and once it's unlocked by lowering insulin levels, we don't need as much intake to feed the rest of the body. But when body fat drops, to maintain means to eat more.
