I agree Jenny.
The hi fat is in the context of low carb.
When I am dieting real well I can easily keep my carb count between 30-60.
Lower can be done and I have done it when I am focusing on dropping weight.
And fat goes up since my selection is toward more protein choices and less carb choices. The net result is typically about 50% fat, 20-25% carbs and 20-25% protein.
All of this being contained within about 1500-1700 calories per day.
