Kelly's site has grown to include some valuable information. Love the fact that we've got waves of new LCHF experts making themselves available and sharing information. This is a good sign, as the emergence of sound nutritional information and the elimination of heretofore commonly held and unfounded beliefs are being challenged and changed. Wonder when the medical communities will catch up??? Ironic that it appears they're the laggards in this case along with government and research organizations, as they've become beholden to the strong influence of pharma and food manufacturers, who have a vested interest in keeping all things food and drugs status quo.
