Default question about carbs on nutrition label...

so i've been getting these shirataki noodles and i'm not sure how the nutrition label can be correct. it says 0 calories, but 2 carbs per 1/3 cup, and no fiber carbs are listed. if there are carbs in it, then it has to have calories too.

i get the black yam noodles too and the label is slightly different but also doesn't really add up

the internet says
Quote:
Protein and carbohydrates both contain 4 calories per gram, while fat provides 9 calories per gram.

how would you track the carbs from these things?
