Two baby aspirin with the two 500mg niacins pills and most of the time I am fine.
I have had about 2 or 3 hot flushes, but they pass in about 10 minutes.
As you continue with niacin, the hot flush subsides and doesn't occur.
I haven't had a flush now in months.
