Default re: Trim Healthy Mama Gluten Free, Low Glycemic, High Fiber Baking Blend

Ingredients: Oat Fiber, Organic Coconut Flour, Golden Flax Meal, Blanched Almond Flour, Collagen Peptides, Glucomannan (organic konjac extract powder)

Nutrition Facts

serving size 1/4 cup (24g)

calories: 60
total fat: 3g
total carbohydrate: 12g
... dietary fiber: 11g
... sugars: 2g
protein: 6g

First, the weight of one serving = 24g .... minus 3g fat and 6g protein = 15g remaining. So the total carbs can't possibly be more than 15g .

Let's do the calorie math, based on 9 cals per gram of fat, and 4 cals each per gram of protein and carbohydrate.

9 x 3g fat = 27 cals
4 x 6g protein = 24 cals

60 total calories minus (27 + 24) = 9 calories remaining, which must come from digestible carbohydrate.

9 cals divided by 4 = 2.25 g of digestible carbs

They've probably rounded the fiber and sugar grams up and/or down to the nearest whole number

One word of caution about the high insoluble fiber content (10g per serve) ... I wouldn't go overboard consuming multiple servings at one sitting. Even though "net carbs" would still be lowish, such a high fiber load can (a) cause digestive distress and bloating .. and .. (b) block the absorption of important minerals such as calcium and magnesium, as well as some prescription meds
