Okay. Eating more ketogenically might help with sugar cravings, a lot of people find that with time they come to prefer things less sweet.
I don't think anybody's willpower is all that strong. Avoiding temptation, or learning to be tempted by things that are less fattening might be a better approach in the long term. We are supposed to enjoy food after all, it's just not supposed to be Kentucky fried.
