Default Garcinia Cambogia?

I have read conflicting opinions about whether it is beneficial or counterproductive to take this supplement when one is on a low-carb diet. Some articles say that is ok other articles say that a low-carb diet defeats the purpose of the supplement. Has anyone used this or does anyone know where I could get more information about this? I already take CLA and borage oil and that helps a lot. I have some garcinia Cambogia left that I could take but don't want to take anything that will slow my progress or defeat the purpose of a low-carb diet.
