Adding extra fat can help with constipation.. an old remedy for that was to take a couple tablespoons of olive oil every morning. Coconut oil should work, too. Okra is also really good for constipation, cooked or raw.
Taking a couple of Tbsp. zero-cal yellow mustard can cut stomach acid and help with heart burn.
