yeah i changed my password now.
unfortunetly i dont stay in turkey as much as before.
usually in thailand and cambodia
it is very hard to find lamb in asia but there is always solution
coconut oil and pork fat
i have stayed in villages most of the time , always fresh vegetables and pork available.
Too bad i can't eat legendary fruits especially DURIAN
no exercise
no pain
