Default Has your goal wt changed?

Here I am, about 9 lbs from goal and wondering at this point if that "goal" is the one I want to stick with. Has/did your goal wt change along the way?

When I set my goal at 155 it was based on a few things: It was the highest amount I could weigh on the BMI scale and still be in the "healthy weight" range; I'd weighed that amount back in my Freshmen year of high school and recall looking pretty good at that point; I never really thought I'd see 155 so it was as good as any other number!

How did you KNOW when you'd lost "enough"? Has your goal changed along the way? If so...did it change up or down?
