Thanks Cindy. I get much of my insight from the Eades and their "cohorts"
I began IF after reading about their experience with it. Since they did it in a way that, pretty much, works for them, I decided to do it in a way that works for me. I have several comments on their IF blog ( Mary Titus ). I told Dr. Mike how I do it and he wanted me to keep him informed with my progress.
