ok back on plan:

B- 1 egg and 2 pc bacon
L- LARGE salad with blue cheese dsg, 2 meatballs, 1 chicken leg
D- will be another large salad, more baked chicken, a chicken/veggie/noodle stir fry, and maybe a cookie for dessert.
