Breakfasteach
30min lateratmeal, splenda, cinnamon, skim milk, decaf coffee with
splenda, skim milk, whole wheat sugar free toast(1) with fat free
creme cheese.
How does my breakfast sound?

I think your breakfast looks fine with the exception of the FF cream cheese, it ha a lot of chemicals which may slow weight loss. I find that if I eat 2 celery stalks a day, I dont get constipated. Also, For myself and Iv'e heard others say, if we dont have as many carbo meals a week we lose better. I try to keep it at three a week. Keep up the good work.
