Hey, Karen! I'm not a particular fan of tuna. It is a much maligned form of fishy protein but I decided, on a whim and the need for quick lunches for June teaching schiedule, that I would give it a whirl. It came out a little weepy but spinach does that. It is really good and I'll make it again, maybe with a pinch or two of horseradish powder to cut the tuna taste and a bit of garlic for good measure. I imagine it would be good with lump crab meat or salmon, too! Cheers!
