haha, yes lamb fat is something rare but you have pork . if it is natural produced pork i guess it will be very healthy too.
in thailand villagers never eat pork from supermarkets but they buy from street market raw fresh. I guess in foreign countries they call it organic.
pork ribs one of the most delicious food in the world so if i could find in Turkey i would eat very often. i suggest try natural pork. good thing about pork is everywhere body fat
