I've done it a few ways depending on what I was in the mood for. Asian, Szechuan, Italian, Indian....just changed up the spices.


Thanks will probably try a beef mince one this weekend. Does it freeze ok as I'll probably want to make a batch and then take portions of it to work for lunch.

Do you think it is a bit like stir-fry without the rice/noodles in terms of texture?
