Ya know what's funny? That is OFTEN what happens with me - I had those two semi-fasting days with no apparent success, but then I ate pretty normally yesterday (well, low-carb normal) and I'm down to 292.3 today. I have a very un-scientific theory that my body holds on while I'm still fasting, but then lets it go once it realizes there IS food, LOL
