I eat about 2K-3K calories a day without any Starchy or Sweet Foods. Eat plenty of meat. BTW, I'm not exactly definite on what the USDA considers a "serving". But, when I talk about servings, I consider, a serving to be:

1 Sirloin,
3 Strips of Bacon,
3 Eggs,
1 Hamburger (Not Fast Food),
1 Roll or Biscuit,
A few ounces of Spaghetti,
1 cup of Beans,
1.5 cups of veggies,
etc...
