Dried flowerhead/weed along the Park...

Bird's nest up in a tree...

Pretty poinsettias still blooming nicely...

Full moon hanging over the Oakland Cemetery...

Decorative Scroll Design stones amidst ivy and violas...

I was so excited to see the Hellebore...I love them...

Beautiful camelia hiding her face behind a leaf fan...

There she is! I moved the leaf....

Sunset glow light on camelia...

The sunlight caught on these thin curved branches, making it look like golden threads...

Tues Jan 30 - 8 min Twister Board and 22 min low impact dancing to Pandora Dance Station

Shake It Off
Wed Jan 31 - 8 min Twister Board to dance music
30 min walking this AM taking the scenic route (read: lost) from a parking garage to destination and back at temp agency downtown in a nearby suburb ...a kind Marriott employee with a golf cart gallantly drove me over to the parking garage when I was seriously lost trying to find it again - he knew which one it was.
Flowers planted in a park in the center of the chaos they call downtown...

Close up of the pretty pansies...

Thu Feb 1 - 1 hr 35 min walk around neighborhood and cemetery
Pretty camelias...they are so perfect but have no smell at all....

Decorative Mausoleum doors at Oakland Cemetery..

The Mausoleum they belong to...

More decorative doors...

Iron fencing, with detail on the corner posts...

An upper piece of a Mausoleum with a coat of arms that never got put up...or maybe it fell off...

Plot has it's own fencing...

Very old headstone with angel on front...

Pussy willow!!!

Make-shift trellis from cast iron pipe, it's been a long time since anyone tended the plants growing up it...

The back side of the cast iron trellis and bench...

Curly-leaved ivy growing at the base of a stone....

Tiny rose attempting to bloom...

The first crocus I'd seen...!

Daffodils getting ready to open...

Unusual stone with an eye symbol...makes me wonder if he was a Freemason - here is a note about this symbol mentioning The Independent Order of Odd Fellows:

Decorative corners on this grand monument...

I thought this was witch hazel...

Blossoms! Not sure what kind they are but beautiful!

Fri Feb 2 (Groundhog Day!) - 7 min Twister Board
