As much as I hate Facebook, I do sometimes notice the other groups they think I should. Caught my eye:

"Keto Instant Pot Community" ..it has 65,000 members! Talk about a niche group. Decided to post here if anyone is interested.

Also, Costco has recently added the "real brand" InstaPot. Member price is $115 for an upscale model that seems to go for around $130 on Amazon. There is always a chance that a manufacturers coupon might show up in the months before holidays , but there are also less fancy models on Amazon for around $60.
