You're pretty close to a normal weight, Shelliek. I know just plain-old LC doesn't work when I'm even within 30 pounds of normal. Maybe NK does, haven't tried it yet, but so far the only thing that does work is calorie restriction of some sort. I'm doing JUDDD at the moment.
