If it helps, I'm 60 and doing well. Of course, I've had to take all cheese and nuts (until today) out of my diet and reduce how much I eat but I am really enjoying it. We have a garden and I eat mostly vegetables with some meat and plus one or two cups of coffee with a total of 2 tbs cream for the day. I also drink my water.
