The thread I referred to is probably Johnasafta's thread about "best reaction to weight loss."

That's where I listed some of my personal "danger signals"--and promptly decided to listen to myself!

I practice another religion in my life, but the parallels between that one and the "low-carb religion" are endless--"Repent" being one of the biggies.
