sorry to hear of your diagnosis.
Most fibromyalgia sufferers find that getting rid of grains and/or gluten is all that needs to be done. I become completely pain free when I follow a low carb plan, without any frankenfoods.
This is my typical daily intake on maintenance:
Coffee (sweet/low, cream)
2 eggs, breakfast meat, apple (breakfast)
meat, green vegs, berries (lunch) - sometimes I add a little cheese
meat, green vegs (dinner)
Total calories: ~1300-1500
Grams of carbs: ~75
