Superstores (Loblaws, Real Canadian, Atlantic, etc) carry several brands of coconut oil in the health foods section  . Here in my region (eastern ON), Nutiva Organic Virgin coconut oil is $17.99 for 860g jar. No shipping charge, and no waiting for Canada Post 
p.s. - every now and then, it goes on sale .. recently I picked up a few at $14.99 each
