Of all those out there on the WD that are experiencing weight loss, can you reply and let me know what your typical daily menu looks like? I am still working the kinks out of mine and would love to see what works for people.
I do weight lifting three days a week and will sometimes mix cardio in after for some HIIT or sprints on an off-workout day.
