DIY Strawberry Smoothie
You can vary this, of course.
You can put in unsweetened koolaid, such as orange for a orangecicle type smoothie.
In a blender
3 eggs, raw (I do wash them) or liquid eggs
5 strawberries (I use the frozen whole, no sauce or anything)
½ cup of half and half. (a little less fat and calories than full cream, but still good)
And I put two packets of Stevia in it. Blend on liquify for about three minutes. You could do less if you thaw the strawberries, but it makes it more "shake-ish" to me.
