Hello all,

My name is Lisa and I just started Sugar Busters today. I have not read the whole book yet, still working on it.

I accomplished buying the correct bread today, but would love some help with reading the lables properly. I noticed in my 2 hr trip to the grocery store today that if you buy lite anything it is going to have more suger. Does this mean that it is better to buy the reg stuff??

I also found some No Sugar salad dressing that is actually really good.


Any tips on shopping would be apprechated..
