I've been on Atkins since June and my weight loss has slowed to like 4 pounds a month, so I'm figuring I'm not eating enough calories since I still have a lot to lose. I got the protein power books out of the library, and according to my calculations, I should eat about 40g of protein per meal. I tried that today with lunch, and adding in the 10 grams of carbs, it was a lot of food for me. Do I have to force it? Should I break it up in two different meals like every 2 to 3 hours or will that ruin things?
