to Nicekitty: Big success with Dr. Jason Fung'way of managing diabetes. I have been fasting for the past 3 days, no Janumet and all my symptoms of sinus congestion and coughing are gone. i had only chicken broth several times a day and last night a normal dinner. my numbers are amazing: 6.2; 6.1; 5.8 fasting in AM and 5.9 before dinner last night. these are measurements units in Canada. in addition, i lost weight. feels wonderful and want to say thank you for pointing me towards Dr. Jason Fung. i do have to invest some time to read more about him.
