Oh yes, Bawdy's cheesecake is worth it for sure. Made some yesterday. Knowing danger when I see it, I did a 1/2 recipe and put it in a small loaf pan. Held some of the vanilla batter back and added cocoa, did the marbling thing with it.
Because it's in a loaf pan, I can cut neat little slices -- I figure I'll get 8 or 10 small servings out of it. Tomorrow I'm having a dinner guest, and I'll serve it (the cheesecake, that is) up with blueberries, drizzled with a bit of daVinci SF raspberry syrup.
It really is divine, Bawdy! And you know the best thing? MY HUSBAND DOESN'T LIKE CHEESE CAKE!
