A friend who goes mad for every new diet or magic pill thinks the reason I do well on lchf is because I have type O blood. I feel so sorry for her & her husband - they are in very poor health, but do nothing, as her allegiance to the fads is always short-lived. Even some of the fads would be helpful if she stuck with them.
