I never looked over here before because, well, a year ago I never expected I'd have the right to be here. But today I realised that I'm very happy where I've landed in my weight loss journey and I don't need to keep trying to raise the bar on myself. Scouring the rest of the website, soaking up every scrap of information, and the support of other members got me this far. And now, sure enough, here's another whole world of information and expertise to tap into for this new leg of the journey...maintenance. So, I just wanted to say hi and thank you for sharing your experiences and for being the inspirations that you are.
