When it comes down to it, I don't actually want anybody to stop saying anything. If I don't open my mouth, how am I supposed to find out I'm wrong? Peer review matters right down to the layman level.

Listen to your body--depends on what you're listening to. My body wants black forest cake, but it also tells me how swell things are when I haven't had any for ten years or so.
