I only put 1/4 tsp cream of tartar in mine. I don't use parchment paper, either. Can't afford it. I just spray oil on the cookie sheet. Works fine.

LOL The other day I forgot to spray the oil on it, and I got them off ok anyway. It was just a clean-up nightmare.
