Well....
The way I would look at it is.....
Slow weight loss and stop smoking.
or.... no weight loss because you'll be dead of lung cancer (doing the scale of balance---slow weight loss/cancer slow weight loss/cancer). I know which one I'd pick.
Smoking is doing you no good. Period.
If the Chantix is helping you quit, I'd stay with it and deal with the rest when you're smoke free.
