Hi
I read Fit for Life a long time ago. I didn't need to lose weight then - it was just for health and curiousity. I kinda already
ate that way. Recently I feel like going back to it. I miss fruit but am not sure if I can feel good without a protein in the morning. I'm going to check the book out of the library - my copy is long gone - and read up on it again.
That's super you have lost 15 pounds.
